Our story
A team that was tight long before it had a name.
KATARIA did not start with a business plan. It started with a group of creatives, designers, developers, content and acquisition specialists, who kept meeting on each other's projects. Same standards, same taste for work done properly, same passion for the craft.
For seven years, everyone worked on their own, freelance or inside an agency, and we called each other whenever a project outgrew one person's scope: a website that needed a real content strategy, a campaign that deserved real design, an automation that changed a client's daily routine. Over time the pattern became obvious: our clients got their best results when we worked together, from the first brief to launch.
That way of working had one flaw: it relied on luck. You had to come across the right person, who happened to know the right person. Effective, tailor-made support cannot depend on an address book. In 2024, we decided to bring all of it under one roof.
KATARIA is a 360-degree studio: design, development, artificial intelligence, content, advertising and client acquisition are designed by the same team, from day one, for SMEs and mid-sized companies in Switzerland, France and internationally. One team, one standard, one point of contact.
The name is the founder's tribute to his brother. Its Sanskrit root means “warrior”, which sums up how we work: precision and execution over shows of force.
Today the team counts 12 people across Geneva, Paris, Lyon, Marseille and Nice. The founding principle has not moved: everyone does what they love and loves what they do, and you always talk to the people who do the work.
