How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 business hours at most. If you write on Friday evening, you will hear back by Tuesday noon at the latest. For urgent requests, put “URGENT” in the subject line: we handle those within 4 hours on business days.
What happens after the first contact?
We suggest a 30-minute video call to dig into your situation. If we are aligned, you receive a detailed costed proposal within 5 business days. There is no obligation to sign afterwards.
Do I need a detailed brief?
No. Most of our clients arrive with an intuition or a goal. Our role is to frame the project technically and recommend the right tools. Our 5 questions are enough to get started.
Do you work with Swiss and international clients?
Yes. A significant share of our clients are firms in French-speaking Switzerland (Geneva, canton of Vaud), with the rest in France and internationally (Monaco, Dubai, London). Everything happens over video, unless you would rather meet us in person in Geneva or Paris.
